Reminder: WiG co-chair Nadia Matar was accused of "insulting a public official" after having written an open letter to Jonathan Bassi, head of the Sela committee before the expulsion from Gush Katif. Judge David Mintz, in the Shalom Court, dismissed the case saying that Nadia was unfairly being accused, when so many leftists had said things that were much worse, and were not put to trial. The State of Israel appealed Mintz's decision and won.
The trial is starting all over again in the Shalom Court, in front of Judge David Mintz.
